Wingate Hughes Architects Announces Three New Staff Members

Wingate Hughes Architects is excited to announce three new members to our dynamic team: Jeremy Burge, Associate Principal; Lida Lewis, Director; Alanna Gladney, Staff Designer.

Jeremy Burge, AIA, LEED AP, is an Associate Principal of Wingate Hughes Architects and has 17 years of architectural and leadership experience. Jeremy excels in contract and project management, relationship building, business development, and overall office oversight. He is an adept communicator, skilled at working with varied personalities and styles, and executes quality control with precision. Jeremy’s combined architectural and management background, commitment to leading while connecting, and relatable approach ensure the firm performs and designs at its optimal level.


Lida Lewis, IIDA, WELL AP + Faculty, LEED AP ID+C, Fitwel Ambassador, is a Director at Wingate Hughes Architects with over 15 years of architecture and design experience. As a leader at Wingate Hughes and in the commercial architecture industry at large, she works closely with the managing principals to develop firm operations and strategic plans while providing direction, mentorship, and supervision to design staff. Lida leads project design efforts, originating design concepts and steering technical implementation. She also champions thought leadership within Wingate Hughes, ensuring design staff continually elevates their knowledge, increases their design skill, and leads beyond industry trends.


Alanna Gladney is a Staff Designer at Wingate Hughes. Alanna enjoys utilizing architecture to make spaces and the environments we live in better. She believes interiors should be designed to make our health, relationships, and careers thrive since we spend most of our time indoors. Alanna’s breadth of experience encompasses a range of architectural themes ranging from historic preservation, adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and hospitality architecture to engineering, public justice architecture, and public spaces such as churches and museums. Additionally, she has technical practice designing for residential mixed-use developments.
