Logan exchange, DC’s latest coworking office to join the scene, is a seven-story, 32K SF historic shared workspace in Logan Circle. Logan Exchange offers flexible leases with modern amenities in a chic, vintage environment. The building, circa 1910, is owned and operated by MRP Realty and is the developer’s first foray into coworking.
Look inside Logan Exchange …
Logan Exchange boasts seven floors of available rented coworking space and has a sub floor with numerous building amenities like three large conference rooms, four huddle rooms, and massage chairs. Many of the building’s original elements are preserved in the design including the original brick, wrought iron gates, and ornate crown molding.
Logan Exchange’s amenities also roll into MRP’s newly launched passport program. Members of the program benefit from their entire DC-area portfolio of amenity spaces, unlocking endless opportunities for offsite meetings, retreat options, gyms, and entertainment areas.
The exposed brick, unique window line, and numerous fireplaces complement the modern full-height glass walls, Smart TV flat screens, and business-class upgrades.
“Our one-off offices are perfect for startups looking to grow. You can expand from one desk, into an office, and then take an entire floor. Coworking is a great transitional, jumping-off point,” says Maggie Johnson, assistant property manager at MRP. “One whole floor of Logan Exchange is perfect for a medium size tenant.”
The building, formerly a historic apartment building, showcases original, repurposed mantles on the main floor and in several private offices. The renovated floor-to-ceiling windows add great views and natural light.
Logan Exchange’s first floor includes a huge lounge, community kitchen, pantry area, large televisions, and breakout areas.
The lounge’s mobile furniture can be reconfigured for social or meeting needs. Bike Storage, locker rooms and showers, high-speed network and internet bandwidth, and video conferencing are also available to all members. The second floor houses a bullpen and dedicated desks for intermingled coworking styles.
